Creating an Account

You will need to create a Kushies Baby Canada Online account to place an order, however doing so will allow you to manage your account, view your order status, print invoices, track you order, as well as view your My Rewards points & gift certificate balances. If you require order or tracking information and are unable to locate in your account, please contact customer service for assistance.

Placing an Order

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation email and have checked your junk/spam folder, be sure to contact us to verify that your order was received.

Inventory

While we try to ensure that all items for sale are available to be shipped, certain circumstances may sometimes prevent an item from being available. We will make every best effort to ensure the product you have ordered is available, however, we cannot guarantee it.

Canceling an Order

We process orders as quickly as possible and often orders cannot be canceled. If you do need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel any order that has reached the shipping stage.

Payment Information

Payments are only charged at the time of shipping. All fees and applicable shipping charges are clearly shown to you during the checkout process. In the rare case that additional fees are required, we will contact you promptly to obtain your permission and information required for processing. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Shipping Information


Kushies Baby Canada Online ships within Canada only. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. No orders will be shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Contact us if you need your order by a specific date and we will do our best to ensure you receive it on time. We make every effort to ship orders by the following business day of receipt unless otherwise noted.  Choosing expedited delivery does not expedite normal processing times.


The shipping charge on your order is based on the shipping method chosen. See below for UPS methods and transit times. Please note that at this time UPS does not service APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.


Total delivery time starts when your order is shipped from Kushies Baby Canada Online.  Delivery times for standard and regular ground are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Standard: Orders placed using standard shipping are usually delivered within 7 business days from the date your order ships. Tracking information is NOT available with this service.

Regular Ground:
Orders placed using regular ground shipping are usually delivered within 5 business days from the date your order ships.  You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

3-Day Select:
Orders placed before 11:00 am EST Monday-Friday will usually ship the same day. Otherwise they will ship the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.  Expedited deliveries do not count the day of shipping.

2nd Day Air:
Orders placed before 11:00 am EST Monday-Friday will usually ship the same day. Otherwise they will ship the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Expedited deliveries do not count the day of shipping.

Kushies Baby Canada Online is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather and/or any other unforeseen events. Once we ship an order it is out of our hands and handled by the carrier. If you do not receive your order, contact the carrier directly with your reference and/tracking number for detailed shipping information. If there has been a shipping error or your order is lost in transit, please notify us in writing as soon as possible so a claim can be filed with the carrier.  We are unable to reship or refund an order until a claim is completed (closed) with the carrier stating the parcel(s) are lost and cannot be recovered.

Refused/Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to Kushies Baby Canada Online as refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any and all incurred shipping costs including the original, return, and redelivery fees when applicable.

Damaged/Defective Products

Please contact us in writing as soon as possible after receiving your order if any product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will gladly repair or replace it at our discretion and at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

Kushies Baby Canada Online does not process exchanges. Simply return the items you do not wish to keep for a refund or store credit and place a new order at your convenience.

Returns

You may return your new, unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or online store credit less any shipping fees, discounts, or coupons used.

Returns must be received in their new, unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. Washed and/or used products cannot be returned, no exceptions. Due to their hygienic nature, we cannot accept returns of, but not limited to, diapers, diapering accessories, training pants, swimwear, and nursing products, that show any signs of use. Returns are fully inspected to verify our terms and conditions have been met. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our terms and conditions.

Original and return shipping fees are non refundable unless a wrong item or defective product was received. If you received free shipping and your return causes your total to fall below the minimum order amount, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund. Returns past 30 days are subject to approval. All sales are final after 60 days.

Gift items are eligible for store credit only. Please be advised that we require the original order number and/or name of purchaser for processing. We are unable to refund or issue a store credit for purchases not made at Kushies Baby Canada Online.

Return Procedure

Return your item(s) using the form located on the back of the packing slip.
Step 1: Complete the return form and include with the items you are returning.
Step 2: Affix the top return address portion on the package or envelope.
Step 3: Keep your shipping records as proof of delivery. We recommend insuring your package and using a method that can be tracked. We cannot be responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Warranty Information

Kushies diapers are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a full 90 days from purchase. Please retain the UPC/Bar Code and original sales receipt as both are required as proof of purchase for warranty assessment. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Fit, wicking, leaking, staining, and/or normal wear do not fall under our warranty. Failure to follow specific washing instructions will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

We want you to be happy with your choice of diapers and strongly recommend testing which diaper best suits your needs before investing in a larger rotation. Washed and/or used cloth diapers cannot be returned or exchanged.

All other Kushies products are warranted from manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.  Failure to follow specific garment laundering instructions will not be considered a manufacturer's defect.
